At Night Owl Paper Pantry, we are committed to providing high-quality papercraft supplies and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our returns and refunds policy.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at support@nightowlpaperpantry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Include the RMA number, your order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@nightowlpaperpantry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Return Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@nightowlpaperpantry.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Items Received

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@nightowlpaperpantry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
